Our Carousel and Carnival cake for a Boy turning 1. The cake is a Varlhona Chocolate cake with Chocolate filling, iced with Chocolate ganache covered with fondant. All the characters are all handmade. Pretty much everything is Edible. Everything is handmade and edible. Except for the candle. It requires 1 to 2 months in advance notice to order this cake.
